What happens when the Free Trial is over?

You'll be sent an e-mail asking if you want to continue playing your music on the AMP Radio Network. If you choose to continue, you'll simply give us your credit card info and we'll charge it $25.00. That $25.00 will buy you 2,500 plays on our network. That's a PENNY PER PLAY. We know, we did the math. If you choose not to continue, you'll simply reply back with some sappy "It's not you, it's me" e-mail and we'll remove your song(s) from our playlists. No hard feelings, really.

Will AMP own my music or my masters?

NO! This Agreement is granting AMP certain non-exclusive rights to use your music, but you still own it.

Will this Agreement prevent me from signing a record deal?

NO! Our goal is to help you get a record deal! Since this agreement is non-exclusive and revocable by you, it does not prevent you from getting signed by a label, publisher or artist management firm.

What if I change my mind?

No problem! You can terminate this Agreement and cancel your account at any time.

Can I submit more than one song?

Yes but ONLY AFTER YOUR FIRST SUBMISSION IS APPROVED. This allows us to set up your account properly and assures you that ALL of your submissions report to the proper account.
